There is a moment, just after sunrise, when the Dolomites turn amber. From our first-floor apartment, Mount Antelao — known as the King of the Dolomites — takes centre stage.

Set within Ciasa de Tòful, our restored 19th-century stone family home in Serdes, San Vito di Cadore, the apartment combines contemporary Alpine interiors with a peaceful mountain setting, approximately 15 minutes by car from Cortina d'Ampezzo.

The apartment

Cool grey tones, natural oak, sage green and slate details give this apartment its own character — contemporary, welcoming and thoughtfully finished.

It sleeps up to four guests, with a comfortable double bedroom and a quality sofa bed in the living area. A fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob and traditional Italian moka pot makes it easy to settle in, whether for a short break or a longer stay.

Blackout blinds in the bedroom, underfloor heating, and smart home controls add comfort throughout the seasons.

The house

Ciasa de chi de Tòful has stood in Serdes for more than two centuries. We've carefully renovated it to preserve its character while introducing modern, energy-efficient systems.

You'll find high-speed fibre broadband, EV and e-bike charging facilities and easy, keyless self-check-in.

The location

From your windows, enjoy views towards Mount Antelao and the surrounding meadows. Serdes is a quiet hamlet of San Vito di Cadore, with hiking, cycling and skiing opportunities across the Dolomites and Cortina just a short drive away.

One private parking space is included, approximately 30 metres from the house.
