The apartment

Thoughtfully renovated with warm wood finishes, contemporary furnishings and natural tones, the apartment accommodates up to four guests, with a comfortable double bedroom and a quality sofa bed in the living area.

Two heat-recovery ventilation units (MVHR), one in the bedroom and one in the living area, provide continuous fresh air while helping retain warmth.

There's a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob and a traditional Italian moka pot, along with underfloor heating, smart home controls, fibre broadband and blackout blinds in the bedroom — practical comforts for both short escapes and longer stays.

The house

Ciasa de chi de Tòful has stood in Serdes for more than two centuries. We've carefully renovated it to preserve its character while bringing the comforts of contemporary living, including energy-efficient systems, EV and e-bike charging and easy, keyless self-check-in.

The location

Serdes is a quiet hamlet of San Vito di Cadore, at the foot of Monte Pelmo and approximately 12 km from Cortina. The surrounding Dolomites offer hiking, cycling, climbing and skiing throughout the seasons.
